Contact enquiries
If you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, enquiry topic, and message you choose to provide. We use these details to respond and discuss your request. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or confidential client records.
How an enquiry is delivered
Form enquiries are processed through our server endpoint and, when configured, our email provider Resend. When the existing Supabase lead database is configured, an enquiry is also recorded there for follow-up. Using “Open in email” creates a draft in your email application; the website does not send that draft. Email is handled by the mail services used by you and the recipient.
Contact rate limiting
The contact endpoint uses Upstash Redis to limit repeated submissions by IP address. For that purpose, it stores an HMAC-derived IP identifier with the rate-limit entry, not the raw address. Vercel may also process request IP and technical log data to serve and protect the website.
Browsing and storage
The redesigned public pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies and do not include third-party analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses and error logs to serve and protect the website. Administrative and product applications have separate session behavior.
Retention and requests
Enquiry correspondence is kept as needed to respond, manage an agreed project, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the founder. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
